      Ngti is in an excellent location (at walking distance from Central Station on Rotterdam). Has a huge office with several recreational areas. On the cafeteria you can find coffee, sodas, candies and fruits available. Design is a major word and is always being improved. Workspace is ok and you always can count with have all the necessary tools for work.

      Ngti is a very structured hierarchical company where is hard to introduce new ideas. Teams decisions always depends on the approval from "a manager". It has a "find the guilty" work culture with low tolerance to failure. Besides his hierarchical structure, the career opportunities are close to none.

      In 2016 a major reorganisation has taken place. NGTI now works with a different management structure and is serving multiple customers. New ideas are more than welcome and failing is part of learning!
