Regardless of how much effort and time you spent on a project, bear in mind that there will be massive reworks over and over again, not iterations, but reworks. Why? Because there is only one person allowed to make decision for ALL NHG matters. Doesn’t matter if you are hired as the subject matter expert, your ideas, experience and expertise does not matter here. You must be willing to accept all instructions and directives even if you think that there can be a leaner and more effective approach. Plenty of office politics at working level fuelled by self-serving interests that are masked by hypocritical team camaraderie.
