Supervisors don't know how to run anything. 1st and 2nd shift talk down and are quick to write up without investigating. Confidentiality is not known from these supervisors. Cater to refugees paid to do nothing. Need to look at their senior operators and make them supervisors since the ones they have don't know how to do any of the machines.
