no rewards for hard work no benefits of working (no free parking, no yearly bonus, no performance bonus) Catering is extremely poor: expensive, poor quality food (basically just patient food but restaurant prices) You can work your socks off and do as much as you can for your patients but still get paid the same as the person that does the bare minimum
