Politics, Vintage, unnecessary experimentation, High Noise-Low productivity environment The company has been around for 30 year now; The Head of HR is a woman from a Marketing background who is not qualified to be in HR. A large section of employees have been with the company for 10+ years & have found a “comfort zone”. Integrity is merely a value and has nothing to do with reality in NIIT. The profit margins are low hence the salaries are not competitive . If you are moving from a bigger brand name to NIIT… don’t!
