Efforts are currently underway to automate a number of the on boarding processes which include system update’s on the existing employee portal and a number of improvements have already been made including orientation video tutorials on processes such as submitting expense claims, booking leave, processing of benefits etc. We endeavor to make the on boarding of new staff as efficient as possible and welcome staff feedback direct to your manager or the HR team.
