      A technology follower rather than innovator, no accountability for mid-level management, teams do not work with each other. Favoritism, no transparency to engineers -- all about safe-guard their position. A place for ass-kissers who are puppies of the boss.

      We're disappointed to hear your experience at NIO hasn't been positive. We pride ourselves on having an open culture that encourages people to come forward with any issues, either through their manager or directly to the CEO. Please take advantage of this. NIO is taking on one of the most challenging industries in the world and that necessitates a level of communication and leadership that can be difficult for some team members to achieve. We encourage you to voice your concerns internally to drive the change you wish to see.

      When i started at NIO 3yrs ago, My first few months i wanted to leave! only because i was not use to reporting to an individual that i had more experience and knowledge than for my position, Shortly after this person was let go, i was able to run my department the way it should be ran. Other than that, NIO is a great place, with great minds. NIO is a great place to work! Our cars are fabulous!!
