      Great company culture, good employee benefit ( salary wise). Young and dynamic. Lots of good talents from different industries.

      has the same issue with any start up. Though there are systems in place, things are constantly changing. very different form an established corporation.

      When i started at NIO 3yrs ago, My first few months i wanted to leave! only because i was not use to reporting to an individual that i had more experience and knowledge than for my position, Shortly after this person was let go, i was able to run my department the way it should be ran. Other than that, NIO is a great place, with great minds. NIO is a great place to work! Our cars are fabulous!!
