- Upper US management is trying to get people back in the office 100% even though a majority don't want to. Let us have our hybrid work week or you will lose employees to more attracting companies. Upper management needs to find something better to do and not micromanage so much - Too many performance reviews for lack of Comp adjustments and promotions. You cannot expect talent to stay if there is no incentive. They can leave for a competitor offering more money and higher title. Appreciate your employees! - Lack of stock refreshers
