Gets paid on time (monthly)

HR is BIAS and does not deal with issues. Some staff are untrained and HR allows it to continue along with their managers depending on how they “like” the person. HR has archaic practices and is unreasonable. HR lies and says different things depending on their agenda.

The work is interesting and varied. Opportunity to interface with various disciplines and varied clientele

Salary is not as competitive as it could be. The organization could be more flexible
