One of the very best teams and Executive Directors I've ever worked with. Wonderful boards of directors as well. Very kind and supportive.

A small organization so sometimes resources are hard to come by.

A passionate and team-focused work environment that is great for those who fit the culture. The most successful and long-term employees seemed to be ones that excelled at their job descriptions, but also felt a deep tie to the collegiate recreation community (from their own school or early professional days).

There is a web a leadership that can often make decisions a long, arduous process. While overtime was fairly compensated, there did seem to be too many long hours that could've been curtailed with a more streamlined communication process.
