The atmosphere is that of being repressive, employees are not allowed to talk to each other. Very little room for promotions unless you have a college degree. People hold the same positions for 20 years or more. Controlling to the point of making you feel like you are in grade school. The company is secure will celebrate 100 years, steady work. This is a work place that feels they have a right to every aspect of your life. Stay away!!!!
