Toxic Work Environment - Recensione dipendente - Director presso NORMA Group

Suffocating and toxic work environment. Cut throat. Summer interns do NOT experience what real day to day is for the full-time employees.. NORMA goes above and beyond to recruit interns and sugar coat the real experience of working there - hosting intern get togethers during the summer, paying very high wages $15-$18/hr depending on year of college and structuring a professional, buttoned up program. Interns even present to the full regional leadership team at the end of the summer, getting feedback from mgmt. Meanwhile fulltime employees are just going through the motions, counting the minutes until their next smoke break. I have ZERO motivation to write this other than, its true. I was NOT let go or fired. I chose to leave during the riskiest time we've known in quite a while (pandemic). Following my gut instinct to get out and choose to escape all the negativity.
