Heres what you should know before applying here: - Very little trust in workers. You are watched through cameras both in the store and in backrooms, workers are encouraged to tell on each other for any little thing - You need apps for this work and shifts are only posted in an app. - There are a lot of products being thrown away daily, it can be quite shocking at first - You are always in a hurry, it is very draining at times. Every now and then you wont be able to have full breaks due to the rush. There is some pressure to work overtime. - Minimal workplace healthcare and no benefits. Pay is the law mandated minimum.
