They hire people to be supervisors that have never even worked in the industry before, they have no idea what's going on on the floor. They promise rewards that they don't deliver. If you are written up you can plan on being suspended no matter what the offense, even though you are supposed to get a verbal warning, then writin warning, then suspension.
