Senior Sales Staff and Executives are less than well informed on the current state of client needs and recommendations. Sadly, this is a great company with great tools and R&D engineers but bottlenecks in the decision making process between executive level and ground level managers is going to kill every relevant product line if they do not make an attempt to be more receptive to custom needs and requests from clients. Also, Executive Staff do not seem to comprehend that a legacy product line with new competitive entrants will not maintain the same rental margins and being reluctant to adjust pricing to reflect this in an attempt to maintain margins and revenue is a death spiral to no sales when no IP is protecting your product.
