The company treats you like a human being and most departments are good about being flexible with your personal life. The company also does a lot of hiring from within, which makes it easy to jump around the company if you aren't sure exactly what you want to do.

Because this is a company focused on people, there are a lot of people at the company who should not be. It takes a lot for someone to get fired here (which can be a pro if you are lazy) but for people who actually work hard it is incredibly frustrating. The salary compensation is also terrible for the industry. They are not good about giving raises even with promotions and it takes a long time to make decent money.
