Poor management of rolling up new processes - Recensione dipendente - Project Manager presso NOV

The company has tried to shared the resources of the admin team. But it seem to be failing terribly. They did not hear the workers point of view and change accordingly, before rolling out new processes. 6 months down the road and I have seen many department in pain due to the new processes. And everyone is quiet quitting in this company, which the compassion for some has died off
