Vantaggi
Good place to learn "business". Some very good people (and great marketing team). If you're into sales, it's a great place to be.
Svantaggi
NOT for tech / specialist people. Very low salary compared to the market, and your opinion/advice is usually ignored (see next point). They very often sell something, and only once a client signed, THEN they try to figure out how to do it. Even if the specialists have been saying for months that it's just not possible in this price range (or that there's a much better way for the client...!). Lots of lost money/opportunities because of that. The good of the client is rarely taken into account, if we can sell a product, we sell it, whether the client needs it or not. The company loves to say that they invest a lot in training of their employees, and it's actually true... If it DIRECTLY helps their sales; your career progression (and the future of the company) is never taken into account for training; it's all about short term "closing deals". So if you want to accumulate many useless certifications into products you'll never use, it's great! "We just need X people certified in this software for that deal that we just signed!"
