A wonderful education in cultural trends and the ever evolving lane of digital strategy. Everyone is passionate and working in the spirit of art, culture and fashion. High value on aesthetic and integrity of content which is rare in this space.

Over the years the work culture has degenerated a bit from strong and seasoned upper management to cool kids who have great taste and instincts but are not necessarily reliable or responsive in their leadership skills. Turnover is high making it hard to get follow through on projects.
