We appreciate your feedback, and hope you understand we were doing all we could during the COVID pandemic to prioritize your safety, while adding staff (over 50 new hires in 9 months), and ensuring the emotional well-being of our employees during unprecedented times. We have recently enhanced our training program. You state you were a Regional Lead (only 3 employees with that title), and since your role is responsible for training the field service technicians, did you not have enough experience to train the employees you managed? Please let us know, and we will work to improve.
