Great people, great environment, was a sound business model. Ultimately the company, with more investment, will turn it around, however as a 'new' company, not the NRS as we knew. Those at the very top will be rewarded well.

New ownership has destroyed the culture, people are unhappy, company presently in crisis. Dictatorship. No autonomy within roles. Lots of people leaving for new challenges. Relocating out of London will deprive the organisation of valuable knowledge.
