Not a good company for freshers and also if you are looking for technical growth like learning new technical skills and working on cutting edge technology then its not the apt company for you. Even the whole management cycle of a requirement is quite outdated and most of the needless tasks in a software life cycle needs to be performed manually. Very less automation involved hence one can't focus on the actual requirement and is busy doing needless tasks manually making the software more prone to human errors.
