At this time, there are no pros because you can get a 401K from any company, valuable employees that were hardworking and there long term were mistreated and let go OR they went to other organizations because of the downfall of the organization and the power control management teams.

The insurance is entirely too expensive, innovative minds are not appreciated, valuable employees with years of experience in the company whom worked overtime and were passionate are being terminated, management does not manage quality teams but yet creates a "friendship" circle for their little friends to grow while others are left unappreciated and unseen, policies and procedures are not being followed across the board, there is no work-life balance, and the worse is yet to come.
