People are not friendly and it is not a diverse community. There are some very critical and judgemental people who dont help the new hires. It is not a friendly or fun work environment, there are small cliques and it is very evident from the very first day. A lot of segregation even though people work in one team and under one manager. There is no proper system or database they use, all the information is scattered all over the place which makes work very frustrating and boring.
