​The organisation feels like it's really struggling, and that pressure lands on the frontline staff. People are stretched thin, and it's easy to feel overworked and overwhelmed. ​It feels very top-heavy at the moment - a lot of senior managers, and overlap in some of their roles. ​Micromanagement has rapidly increased, and there's a huge focus on hitting numbers and targets. Sometimes it feels like that gets in the way of providing a quality service. It can leave you feeling really deskilled and scared to make any mistakes. ​When new ideas don't work out, it feels like it just gets brushed under the carpet. There isn't much accountability, so the same mistakes can happen repeatedly. ​There is limited flexibility in some roles, so your work-life balance can take a real hit. ​You shouldn't expect much in the way of pay raises; progression is really slow. ​No clinical supervision provided to staff in frontline roles. ​A lot of really good people have left lately, staff turnover is noticeably high.
