Risposta di NSPCC
2yWhat a lovely read, thank you. We’ve worked really hard on creating the conditions in the NSPCC where every one of our people – volunteers and staff – feels valued; for the individual they are and their contribution to our work. We don’t always get it right but that will never be by design and we will always remain a hard working work in progress. It is crucial to us that we create true belonging safety in the organisation. We want an organisation where everyone feels:
• able to be their authentic self; valued for that uniqueness, not despite it
• able to learn and grow; never feeling afraid to make honest mistakes in the pursuit of creating greater positive impact for children
• trusted to carry out their role and able to contribute to our work, within and beyond the remit of their roles
• able to question and challenge, constructively. Either shaping even better ideas or being fully ‘bought in’ through that questioning. Living active, authentic ambassadors of all we do.
I hope you’ll continue to experience this and I invite you please use all the engagement and feedback channels available to you to keep letting us know how we’re doing.
