A rare place to work where you can cultivate friendships and collaborate with people of various backgrounds that are individually valued and appreciated.

- Family owned company, second generation - Sure it's a business, but the owners are fair and care about the employees - The executive team compliments each other well - Overall I think management handles challenges well and for the most part the team rises to the occasion - Diverse team throughout - Team members will help you if you have a issue you need help navigating - Benefit offering

- Growth is great and it is hard, not really a con but with a small team sometimes you can be overwhelmed with your workload - Insurance can be more affordable (but that's the market right now), but they do offer choices
