3rd shift management purposely works to get people they don’t like fired. HR is two faced and will pretend to be your friend then back stab you. Upper management requires Mandatory Saturdays for normal employees but NEVER work more than 40 hours.

Interview process is more about the company and there success then it is about you and your skills. Onboarding process is a disaster, you watch a power point and handed a packet to read and sign. The rest is up to you to figure out! Employment is based solely on favoritism and kissing up. The more you kiss up the further you move in the company! HR and upper management is beyond unprofessional, playing favorites and treating specific employees to lunch / other perks. HR and upper management also employ their own family members before internal or outside people. If you're fired/let go they will do it on the spot, with the office door open, and will not allow you to go back to your desk to pack your things.
