Flexible schedule there’s nothing else much to say I’m better of doing just tired at discount tire. I’m a mechanic making 11.02 at a 1 year old store that just opened. The stores that make more money are full of the favorites of the company. So good luck

Long hours (closing hours change all the time) (7pm to 8pm) If you aren’t at a busy store or high traffic road you’re basically at 11 an hour for mechanics no chance to get your weeks commission Racist ppl and tough environment, better of in a dealership No room for advancement Long hours make you feel like a slave and no family time what so ever Fast pace at busy stores and expected to do a full vehicle inspection on every oil change under 30 mins Discount tire pays 13an hour doing just tires vs ntb at 10 an hour plus oil changes and tires and alignments so if you can’t see the &$ pay here than I’m sorry
