I wish I could give less than 1 star. The management of this company will go out of their way to destroy your self esteem and your confidence in what you do. There is a huge blame culture, which they utilise fully to hide their own incompetence. Please don't think of them as friends, backstabbing is their usual behaviour. It is extremely sad, as all the staff on the lower spectrum are a pleasure to work with. They have lost a lot of awesome people in just a few months. The last count was 6 within a week or 2 of each other. The review which says NTH looks after "good people" is a lie that was written by the management of the company. Please don't believe it for a minute. You have family members of management who no longer work at the company, but are still getting a salary. The bonus scheme is really not even worth mentioning. You need to ask why a company that is so good, cannot even put their name on the door... Another red flag. Avoid this company at all costs. Nepotism at its best.
