worst experience i ever had......... by taking offline html project!!!!

worst support team & tech support team they dont communicate well. they unable to clear the doubts clearly to their clients, while starting the project work .their QC. team not even follow the instructions which is mentioned in the Agreement copies.they do the QC as per their wish deduct the percentage and simply reject the files, if there is Single (alphabet / word / mistake /space) missing!!! this is not mentioned in the Agreement. in this way they are making money by using their client's effort, time and money. this is criminal!!!! serious action should be taken on the company management
