      A major downside is the lack of professionalism. You’re not allowed to properly estimate or plan your own work, which creates a stressful environment. You end up feeling mentally drained.

      Had unlimited vacation time, got more pay for working certain shifts and a premium for working in the data center

      Poor Management and lay offs were pretty bad when I was working there. Also trying to get rid of all of their work force in USA
