      Very low salary. Teams are basically all new joiners and some management, people are always leaving after 1-2 years due to low salaries after they get some experience. They are basically no mid level employees due to this

      Bench Policy for consulting is a slap in the face. Within 2 months it has been changed twice, now you have 2 weeks to find new work for yourself and fulfillment gives you no help whatsoever. The turnover is so high that it is impossible to establish a network within the company, meaning you will be out on the street with barely any severance by the time you have completed onboarding.
