      Company has good work life balance, you can schedule your working hour accordingly if you are not part of delivery team. WFH option is good. most of the overseas managers/leader are quite good and very professional

      Bench Policy for consulting is a slap in the face. Within 2 months it has been changed twice, now you have 2 weeks to find new work for yourself and fulfillment gives you no help whatsoever. The turnover is so high that it is impossible to establish a network within the company, meaning you will be out on the street with barely any severance by the time you have completed onboarding.
