High levels of staff churn in sales (>35%pa). Senior management blame individual sales rather than develop viable growth strategies supported by investment. Short-term focus on profitability only, not developing medium and long term viability.

Thank you for your feedback. We strive to make Arkadin an employer of choice and show our employees that they are valued. Unfortunately, if sales professionals are not meeting there budget there can be turnover. That is true of any organization that has a sales force. We strive every day to train better and coach better.

Bench Policy for consulting is a slap in the face. Within 2 months it has been changed twice, now you have 2 weeks to find new work for yourself and fulfillment gives you no help whatsoever. The turnover is so high that it is impossible to establish a network within the company, meaning you will be out on the street with barely any severance by the time you have completed onboarding.
