Security policies cited as reason, can you believe it! 3>You cannot send mail to domains outside Vertexsoft. So forget communicating with friends or anyone outside Vertex. Personal mails like Gmail and yahoo are blocked long ago. 4>Internet is severely restricted like China :) Company is so insecure that any site having mention of "jobs" is blocked so that employees (read poor Gitmo inmates) cannot escape. 5>HR is totally redundant. is complete stooge of the delivery management. Never ever sound escalation to the HR, it will get routed to the same management that is responsible for the grievance. 6>many policies(?) that are not mentioned in any charter/manual are left to the discretion (?) or autocracy of the management.
