      It's a job that pays above minimum wage. There are many other pros but SOC management screws them up. (Don't ask me how or why)

      The management is an absolute joke. I am not sure how these individuals were ever selected for a manager position. It's like they do it on purpose, you have to try to be this bad at your job. They literally do the opposite of what is suggested.

      Bench Policy for consulting is a slap in the face. Within 2 months it has been changed twice, now you have 2 weeks to find new work for yourself and fulfillment gives you no help whatsoever. The turnover is so high that it is impossible to establish a network within the company, meaning you will be out on the street with barely any severance by the time you have completed onboarding.
