      The motto is keep the customer at the core of all you do, which is very hard to do in an organization that doesn’t have policies and procedures in effect to allow you to even attempt keeping them at the core!!

      Poor Management and lay offs were pretty bad when I was working there. Also trying to get rid of all of their work force in USA
