If you want absolutely zero support from management and HR with issue resolution, this is your place. You will not be helped or supported and you will experience outward hatred. There will be nothing you can do as the president of the company fully supports all of it, even with mountains of evidence and proof sitting before him. Men - want an all boys club where you can behave like a jerk and get away with Murder, this is your company. Also, pay is far below what competing firms are willing to pay you for far less problems.
