Strong focus on aggressive sales target places huge unrealistic demands on employees with no consideration for impact on personal life, physical or mental wellbeing. Too much internal politics and empire building. Low diversity (ethnic, gender). Going through huge transition, revolving door of senior management exits, constantly restructuring internal teams and re-inventing propositions.
