Those who are trying to improve spend too much time trying to make it a better place for clients and employees, often told only to focus on selling, selling, selling - often just time and materials on antiquated tech.

So much sniping across business units and a real blame culture, especially from leaders. Listening is not done well. Puts a positive spin on everything rather than learn from mistakes. Leadership team often says they don't know much about technology. And there is zero commitment to learning and knowledge sharing.
