The company has been buying up companies and this is leading to a great deal of inconsistency across the company. It is almost impossible to transfer to a position in another part of the company. Top management is so busy trying to contain costs the IT department is down to a skeleton yet they can afford to give sales people big bonuses. They use India staff because they are cheaper. However, these people are inefficient and ineffective and you could get more done and better with a U.S person and it would cost less and the work would be better.
