      Very poor management No training at all No explanations on how to perform the job with good quality and no trainings in a new technology for which we were totally new joiners and had a high impact on the customer if we were not well trained.

      Bench Policy for consulting is a slap in the face. Within 2 months it has been changed twice, now you have 2 weeks to find new work for yourself and fulfillment gives you no help whatsoever. The turnover is so high that it is impossible to establish a network within the company, meaning you will be out on the street with barely any severance by the time you have completed onboarding.
