The company is very sales driven and changes are made to ensure the success of sales. Arkadin is always adding new solutions to keep up with the industry and the customers' needs. I have been given the opportunity to travel the globe and experience other cultures as a thank you for my hard work and dedication. Over the past 3 years I have been promoted into new roles which continues to motivate me to work harder for the organization. Departments work together for the benefit of the customer. I plan to continue my career path with Arkadin, every day is a different day that allows me to challenge myself and learn new skills. Sales is not for an individual that isn't ready to come to work every day and put in a full day of prospecting and holding customers meetings. When faced with challenges upper management has always supplied suggestions and assistance to help me overcome.
