Absolutely the worst job I have ever had, in my entire life… ‘seriously’. Promises during interview went away after being hired. Commission changes constantly, expecially if you are making too much money. 3% percent commission when hiring is not true since so many costs of doing business are applied prior to 3% being applied. President micro-manages everything you do, and blows massive amounts of money for on-going and failed marketing initiatives to avoid saying he failed. Training room where NTT puts customers looks like something out of an abandoned building from the 70’s. Place is a revolving door… but, the door in sales is moving at light-speed.
