- ALL MUST OT at least half an hour every day. - large class sizes, literal manpower shortage. - If you have a good boss, good for you! If not, good luck, because you'll need it. - Emphasis is on work (which is never ending btw) is priority over children's safety and happiness. - You literally have to bring home work or else you will never finish it. Observations, checklists, labels, learning corners. - Be prepared to be bone tired all the way from when you start till you leave. - If you have a good boss, they can help you to grow. If not, you can be stuck as a teacher with no way out. - Many bosses are from PCF, so they are super work oriented and do not care for flexibility or welfare. - Depending on who you have, you may get underappreciated, and instead of supporting your strengths, your weaknesses are displayed for all to see, and you get burnt out easily.
