      Low salary, long hours. No pay for OT(only in exchange for compensatory leave, but never have the chance to take any leaves!!!!!!) Arrange too few people for large projects.

      The office staff cares about employees, the staff is very caring about eachother, lots of after-work activities, good and honest work, managers are attentive to needs, and there are plenty of opportunities to move up the ladder.
