Sudden layoffs and unpaid “standby” time with no warning. Leadership seemed more focused on billable hours than employee well-being. Promises made during hiring were not followed through. Job security felt conditional, not guaranteed. If you call it a full-time position, it should come with full-time support. That means steady pay, real benefits, and job security. Anything less is misleading — and harmful. We need to hold companies accountable for how they treat their people. Everyone deserves transparency, respect, and fair compensation for their time and skills.
