Salaries are lower than others in fintech industry. No clear path for advancement.

The pros are innumerous. It has been a welcoming and fun environment, a great team, a product that you can feel excited to be a part of introducing to the market. The benefits are fantastic, and the marketing team moves quickly, so I can only imagine that the rest of the leadership makes decisions at a great pace! I love it here!

If you don't like managing your time well (ie, if you can't keep track of assignments and get overwhelmed with new work,) you may not be cut out for the job. A lot is expected.
